Sicilian wines from Cantina Gulma Wineries will be paired with a special dinner prepared by Chef Aldo Cascio.  Aldo’s is celebrating their 40^th Anniversary of serving the  community authentic Italian cuisine.  This is a great way to enjoy Aldo’s palate-pleasing dishes along with delightful Sicilian wine.

1^st course: – L’Enosi Grillo Blanco, Sicily
Fennel & Orange Salad with a lemon, olive oil vinaigrette

2^nd course – Zelenia Cabernet Sauvignon, Sicily
Penne Siciliana – Penne pasta with cauliflower, raisins, pignoli, and tomato sauce topped with toasted breadcrumbs.

3^rd course – Tumeo Nero D’Avola, Sicily
Steak Scordato – Traditional Sicilian Steak lightly pounded and dipped in olive oil followed by a generous coating of Sicilian style breadcrumbs.

4^th course – (dessert wine or digestif to be finalized)
Sicilian Cannoli
