Join Chef Jeff Butler for a Charcuterie Tasting Flight and learn about the art of pate, sausage and terrine-making. You’ll be tasting a variety of five (5) charcuterie items made at Butler and the Board.

The 1-hour class includes:

-Tasting flight of five (5) artisanal charcuterie items


The class is BYO. We recommend a California Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Noir.

Note: The class size is limited to ten (10) participants. All participants must show proof of vaccination and valid ID to participate. Participants will be in close proximity and eating. Masks will not be required.

Class starts promptly at 630PM. There will be no refunds for no-shows.
