Cold and Hot Antipasti- Riva De La Rosa Vermentino
Grown predominantly along the sun-kissed coastal vineyards in Tuscany, Vermentino captures the essence of the Mediterranean Sea with its pronounced salinity, leading to a captivating phenolic finish. With notes of white flowers, stone, and Mediterranean spices, this complex and light-bodied white wine is persistent, full and well-balanced with nice minerality and bright acidity. Best served slightly chilled

Mixed Greens Salad- Tenuta La Vigna, Vernaccia di San Gimignano– Vernaccia Grape indigenous to Tuscany. Straw / greenish yellow, the nose reminds golden apple, white peach and sage. Fresh, and tasty with pleasant sour almond aftertaste, typical in Vernaccia di San Gimignao wines.

Pappardelle Short Rib Ragu- Tenuta Torcalvano, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano-Sangiovese Grape. This wine, noble in name and in essence, expresses delicate, floral, feminine and very sophisticated aromas. On the palate it is balanced and elegant, with a fresh and velvety tannic finish

Steak Fiorentini- Poggio Del Concone, Super Tuscan Rosso– Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot blend. Deep ruby red. Aromas of blackberry and fresh plums, cherries, currants and a hint of liquorice. On the palate, fruity notes are accompanied by a pronounced acidity. In addition, this is a mouth filling, fresh wine with polished tannins. Warm with a long finish.

Cod Fish- Caparzo Tuscan Chardonnay– Rich tones ranging from straw yellow to gold. Deep and bright. It is a wine characterized by intense and elegant aromas, with fruity notes of apricot, ripe pear, and exotic fruit. Sweet, aromatic, characteristic, sometimes racy.

Vegetarian Eggplant Parmigiana- Tenuta di Nozzole, Chianti Classico Riserva – Sangiovese, Crisp, ripe, red berry and cherry aromas and flavors and earthy undernotes are shaped by vibrant, fresh acidity and a backbone of firm yet elegant tannins.
