This new installment of the downtown NYC Acappella’s (celebrating their 25th anniversary this year) just arrived to the Gold Coast in Edgewater. Northern Italian cuisine is what you’ll have the pleasure of eating at the new location. Whether you start with antipasto or soup, your choice is sure to please your palate. Pasta, risotto, fish, chicken, veal, and steak provide many options for the main course, while current specials include Oysters alla Rock: oven-baked oysters with Rockford cheese and spinach, and the Lobster Arrabbiata, a conveniently de-shelled three-and-a-half-pound lobster with garlic, lemon, and white wine. Vegetarians can delight in the Wild Portobello Mushroom, with grilled house-made mozzarella, white truffle oil, and arugula. A chef’s tasting menu is also available.
