JBJ Soul Kitchen
JBJ Soul Kitchen in Red Bank and their second restaurant location in Toms River, serve nutritious, culinary dishes designed by Soul Kitchen Chefs in a beautiful atmosphere. They offer American cuisine as a three-course meal, including a warm cup of soup or healthy salad, and choice of a hearty entrée. For dessert they have a fresh fruit plate or delicious sweet dish. Their menu is seasonal and new dishes are introduced weekly. Everything they serve is fresh and locally sourced. This is a non-profit Community Restaurant, run by the Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation, that serves paying and in-need customers. Be sure to experience this special establishment where “dignity and respect are always on the menu”.

Stuffed Pepper Soup-ground beef, rice and vegetable soup
Strawberry Salad-mixed greens, strawberries, goat cheese, candied pecans, lemon poppy dressing
Shaved Fennel and Grapefruit Salad– Mixed Greens, Walnuts & Parmesan Cheese; Finished with Citrus Vinaigrette (Also Served as an Entrée with Salmon)
Carrot Ginger Soup-finished with coconut cream

Panko Breaded Pork Loin- Breaded Pork Loin with a Dijon Cream Sauce Served with Roasted Potatoes and Vegetables du Jour
Dijon Pork Loin– Served with Smashed Potatoes & Spring Vegetables
Soul Seasoned Cod Tacos– Soul Seasoned Cod, Pineapple Salsa, Corn Tortillas Served with Rice and Beans
Soul Seasoning Salmon– Served over Couscous & Spring Vegetables; Finished with Mango Salsa
Chicken Fresca– Boneless Skinless Thighs with an Artichoke and Sun-dried Tomato Sauce Vegetables Du Jour, Roasted Potatoes
Eggplant Rollatini- Breaded Eggplant Stuffed with Ricotta, Topped with Marinara and Mozzarella. Served over Penne Pasta
Peach Glazed Chicken– Thigh over White Rice & Broccoli; Finished with Spring Onions & Sesame Seed
Crispy Tofu “Wings”– With Spring Vegetables & Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce
Kids Chicken and Cheese Quesadillas– Served with Rice and Beans, Salsa and Sour Cream
Kids BLT- Served on Whole Wheat Toast with Soul Seasoning Aioli; Served with Soul Seasoning Chips
