Jugemu is a pure, authentic Japanese dining experience. Exquisite presentation of expertly crafted sushi and meat dishes truly dazzle the eye and offer a depth of flavor to make the palate sing! Fish is purchased daily, with many of the varieties flown in daily directly from Tsujiki market in Japan! With many chef selected plates, and even a prix fixe option, ordering is effortless. The a la carte menu offers noodles, sushi, rolls, temaki—many with vegetarian options. Perfectly grilled steak and chicken leave the mouth watering. An extensive selection of premium sake, craft beer and wines completes the perfect menu.

cold appetizer:
Edamame – Blistered edamame served with sprinkles of seaweed salt from Awajishima. Rich in flavor and aromatic and sweet
Shrimp-Uni Shooter – Red prawn shrimp paired with uni and daikon sprouts with pickled sake lees sauce
Salmon Carpaccio – Thinly sliced fresh Scottish salmon (3 oz) served with yuzu sauce. Topped with sliced sweet onion, daikon sprouts and finely sliced salted kelp
Pomegranate Salad – Bed of organic kale and arugula topped with goat cheese, candied pecans, pomegranate seeds, Japanese herb dressing
hot appetizer:
Age Dashi Tofu – Lightly fried crispy tofu served in a savory dashi broth. Topped with chopped green onion, grated radish and ginger
Beef Negimaki – Scallion wrapped with thinly sliced beef, then grilled and served with teriyaki sauce
Yakitori (salt or sauce) – 2 skewers of Japanese style grilled chicken, with a choice of salt or a house blend of soy sauce as seasoning
dinners:
Prix Fixe Sushi Dinners – A choice of a full eight course dinner, featuring a seasonal selection ten courses from both the kitchen and the sushi bar, or a lighter, seven course dinner consisting of appetizers from the kitchen and a main course of sushi selected by our sushi chefs
Sushi Selection – An assortment of sushi selected by the chef. Includes tuna and salmon nigiri and ikura (salmon roe) gunkan, and 2 rolls
Udon – Japanese wheat noodles in our original blend of dashi made from kelp, bonito flakes, and shiitake mushrooms simmered for over three hours to bring out the perfect flavor of the ingredients. Served with finely sliced rounds of scallion
Wagyu Steak – Wagyu chuck tail flap steak (5 oz), Saikyo miso (Kyoto style white miso) béchamel sauce
Black Cod Saikyo Yaki – Black cod marinated in our original Saikyo miso blend overnight and grilled
Salmon Teriyaki – Grilled salmon (7 oz) with teriyaki sauce served with asparagus and grape tomato
