Named after the most exclusive spice in the world, Saffron, offers an elevated dining experience using new-age culinary techniques, artful presentation, and contemporary design. Co-owners Amrita Jogi and Manish Kumar, along with Executive Chef Abhishek Patil, worked together to develop a menu that brilliantly marries Western techniques with the age-old spices and aromas that epitomize Indian cuisine.
