Linguini in Clam Sauce – red or white. loaded with middle neck clams Tossed with Rigatoni Baresi – sweet Italian sausage, roasted peppers, cannellini beans, garlic and oil

12oz New York Sirloin and Shrimp Scampi – grilled sirloin and served with sauteed (3) jumbo shrimp in garlic wine sauce with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables
14oz Prime Reserve Bone-In Pork Chop – Grilled with sauteed onions, roasted peppers, hot cherry peppers, white wine vinegar reduction with mashed potatoes
Filet Mignon Dr. Chris – 8 oz. filet topped with bleu cheese and port wine sauce accompanied by sauteed jumbo shrimp, diced roma tomatoes, capers and fresh herbs in chardonnay wine sauce over crostini served with mashed potatoes and asparagus

Scallops – Atlantic U-10 Dry Sea scallop (4) topped with crabmeat, broiled, and finished with champagne dill sauce with side of mixed vegetable and potato croquet

Chicken Valentino – Twin chicken breasts rolled with ricotta and spinach then wrapped in prosciutto di san danielle served with sauteed exotic mushrooms in sherry wine brown sauce accompanied by risotto
Chicken Murphy – Boneless chicken with sweet bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and home-fried potatoes
Veal Saltimbocca – Sauteed medallions topped with prosciutto and mozzarella cheese over a bed of spinach
