A NEW MONTCLAIR EXPERIENCE. Lead by Chef Amber Lancaster, Allegory emphasizes community dining through a focus on “clean” cooking, including paleo, keto and gluten free options and garnering inspiration by produce from the Montclair Farmers market, especially the Vacchiano Farm stand. Cocktails and wine are at the forefront of Allegory’s beverage program, which also taps local brew brands. Meanwhile, the private dining room offers an “off-the-menu” dining experience.
